- Background
- Plain, uniform, light-coloured background with clear contrast between face and background.
- Position and expression
- Face height must be 31 to 36 mm from chin to crown; neutral expression, mouth closed, and eyes open.
- File or print note
- For paper applications, Canada requires professional photo studio prints; home prints are not accepted.
