Account and payments
Google sign-in is used for account identity. Stripe handles payment details; we store payment status, credit balance, and order metadata needed to provide the service.
Analytics
We use privacy-aware analytics to understand page visits, tool usage, checkout starts, and errors. These events help us improve pages and find broken flows.
Deletion
Send deletion requests to [email protected]. We remove account-linked operational data according to the support policy and required payment-record retention rules.
Sensitive document photos
Passport and visa photos are sensitive because they identify a real person. Do not upload someone else's photo without permission. For children or family members, use only photos you are allowed to process and delete unnecessary exports after your application is complete.
