Refund support for paid passport photo exports when measurable output specs fail.

Covered

A paid export qualifies for review when the file we generated does not match measurable specs shown on the relevant page, such as pixel dimensions, file format, print layout, or the selected target size.

Not covered

A government office, upload portal, or passport counter can reject a photo for reasons that cannot be fully measured online: expression, shadows, glare, recent-appearance judgment, biometric matching, or software-edit rules.

How to request review

Email [email protected] with your account email, the target country, the exported file, and the rejection or problem detail. We may remake the export or refund the paid export.

What we need

Keep the exported file and the page you used. If the problem is a measurable mismatch, such as a wrong pixel size or missing print layout, that evidence lets us correct the output quickly. If the issue is a passport-office judgment, we can explain the likely reason but may recommend a retake instead of another edited export.
